Cozy offline games for winding down at night
Not every game should get your heart racing. Some evenings you just want something quiet, and mobile has a lovely little library of cozy offline games for exactly that.
Tile Garden is our current go-to — matching puzzles that slowly grow a garden, with no interruptions and no ticking clocks. The Hollow Lantern works too if you're in a more atmospheric mood, though it's a slower burn.
The common thread is that these games let you stop whenever. No energy meters begging you to come back, no punishment for putting it down. That's what makes them relaxing instead of another obligation.
Keep a couple of these installed for nights when you want your brain to slow down. Your sleep will probably thank you.
